Looking to keep moving from the comfort of your own home? DVCC Trainers Tim & Tom have you covered! 🏡

This quick workout requires absolutely no equipment and can be done absolutely anywhere you want!

 

 


We'll be doing:

💪🏻21x Lateral Squats (or lunges)

💪🏻15x Squat Thrusts Into Press-ups (or knee based press ups)

💪🏻9x Reverse Crunches 

💪🏻That is 1 round, we're going to repeat this 4 times with no rests!

This is a tough one, but is a perfect way to kickstart your day!
