Just because we’re stuck inside, doesn’t mean we can’t have a great workout! This core routine is sure to get the abs burning! ðŸ”¥


Today we’re doing:


• Russian twists - 30 seconds
• V sits - 30 seconds
• Deadbugs - 30 seconds
• Plank to press - 30 seconds
• Repeat!
