Serves: 4
5 Carrots, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
10g Butter*
1 tsp Honey*
1 tsp Ground Cumin
ΒΌ tsp Ground Coriander
25g Parsley, chopped

Method
1. Add carrots to a pan of boiling water. Simmer for 5 mins. Drain.
2. Heat oil & butter in non-stick frying pan, add carrots, seasoning & honey (or agave). Mix. Cook on gentle heat
for 2-3 mins.
3. Sprinkle with parsley on serving.
