Cottage Cheese Toast Topper

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 140g Cottage Cheese

  • ½ Red Pepper, diced

  • 2 Spring Onions, diced

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread

  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

Method
1. Mix pepper & spring onions into cottage cheese. Chill in fridge for at least one hour.
2. Toast the bread & top with the cottage cheese mix.
3. Drizzle over balsamic vinegar before serving.
