Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 200g 85% Dark Chocolate
- 50g Butter
- 250g Stevia
- 1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 50ml Double Cream
- 8 Glace Cherries
Method
- Put the chocolate, butter & cocoa in a bowl over a pan of simmering water until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat & stir.
- Next add the cream & beat in the stevia.
- Chop the cherries into small pieces & stir them into the mixture.
- Spoon the mix into a flapjack tin, smooth the top & chill in the fridge until set. Cut into 12 squares.
