Chewy Chocolate Cherry Fudge Bites

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 200g 85% Dark Chocolate
  • 50g Butter
  • 250g Stevia
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 50ml Double Cream
  • 8 Glace Cherries

Method

  1. Put the chocolate, butter & cocoa in a bowl over a pan of simmering water until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat & stir.
  2. Next add the cream & beat in the stevia.
  3. Chop the cherries into small pieces & stir them into the mixture.
  4. Spoon the mix into a flapjack tin, smooth the top & chill in the fridge until set. Cut into 12 squares.
