Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 1 chopped Red Onion
- 1 Cauliflower grated
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 100g Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Cajun Spice
- 1 tsp crushed Garlic
- Bunch of torn Basil
- Bunch of torn Parsley
Method
- Cut sweet potato into 3 pieces & microwave on high for 10 minutes.
- Peel & place flesh in food processor.
- Add all the other ingredients & blend until there are no chunky pieces of veg.
- Form dough into 10 burgers & place on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes on a medium heat.
