10,9,8... Weekend workout!

Looking forward to the weekend? This workout will be sure to get you in the mood!

Today we're doing a '10,9,8...' workout, where you'll be repeating 2 exercises for 10 reps, then 9, then 8... etc, all the way down to 1.

Here's what you'll be doing:
💪🏻Mountain climbers
💪🏻Burpees
